Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                       
Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO.                                            
22 Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Alaska                                
relating to the retention elections for justices of the Alaska supreme                              
court and judges of the superior court, for the Judiciary Committee                                 
meeting on April 4. Without objection, it was so ordered.
